On Saturday 25th June we celebrated our 15th Anniversary with an afternoon tea at the Ecology Centre, Islington with SLOW past and present members, volunteers, trustees and staff.
It was a chance to say a massive thank you to our volunteers and trustees who help SLOW in so many ways.
Such a lovely, hope filled day…. from the words of our cofounder, Nic Whitworth:
Hope is not an out-of-body, out-of-reach platitude at SLOW, it is a verb, an action – we DO hope by simply being here together
