Snowdon at Night: 2-3 August 2025

Trek to the summit of Snowdon, the highest mountain in England and Wales, under the night sky. Using torches to light the way, you’ll climb through the dark and experience the incredible moment of dawn breaking over Snowdonia National Park. A rewarding and unforgettable challenge, perfect for individuals and groups of all abilities.

Registration Fee: £4

London to Amsterdam Cycle: 17-21 September 2025

Cycle over 300 miles through four countries in four days, from London to Amsterdam. Ride through the Kent countryside, cross the Channel to France, and pass through Belgium’s medieval city of Bruges before heading into the Netherlands via Breda. The final stretch takes you along Dutch cycle paths, finishing in the heart of Amsterdam. This fantastic challenge is perfect for solo riders, groups and cyclists of all abilities.

Kilimanjaro Trek 11-21 September 2025

Head for the summit of Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa. This challenging trek follows the Machame Route, taking you through tropical rainforest, moorland, and alpine desert before reaching Uhuru Peak at 5,895m.
Registration Fee: £349 (+ airport tax £250)

Camino de Santiago: 1-5 October 2025

Walk the final 100km of the famous Camino Frances, trekking through the rolling green landscapes of Galicia. Pass through charming villages, forests, and historic churches before reaching the stunning Santiago de Compostela, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Registration Fee: £249

Team Slow at the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2023

Royal Parks Half Marathon: 12 October 2025

Every year SLOW enters a team for the Royal Parks Half Marathon in London in October.

The stunning 13.1 mile route takes in the capital’s world-famous landmarks on closed roads, and four of London’s eight Royal Parks – Hyde Park, The Green Park, St James’s Park and Kensington Gardens.

Santa in the City: 3-4 & 6 December 2025

This year’s festive fun runs will be taking place on 3 and 4 December 2025 in London and on 6 December 2025 in Tunbridge Wells.

London Marathon: 26 April 2026

We are so excited to have secured places for the 2026 London Marathon!

This is your chance to take on the world’s most iconic marathon while raising funds for SLOW. Whether you’re running in memory of a loved one or for personal achievement, every step will help support SLOW’s work.
