At SLOW, we understand that grief does not follow a set path. It changes, shifts and stays with us in different ways, but no one should have to carry it alone.
For many, SLOW is a lifeline – somewhere to feel heard, supported, and less alone. But we can’t do this without you. This year, we invite you to take on a challenge and stand with us. Whether you’re after an adventure, a fitness goal or a way to give back, there’s something for everyone. From hiking up a mountain to cycling across borders or running in memory of someone special, each challenge helps us continue our vital work supporting bereaved families.
