We run a daytime online support group for bereaved parents on a Tuesday each week from 11 am until 12.30 pm during school term time.

The SLOW support groups are a place to be yourself and take strength from the support of others, before returning to daily life and its challenges. At our meetings, you can share stories with others who have experienced a similar kind of loss.

For more information about what happens in our groups please click here.

In the words of some of our members

SLOW favicon“SLOW has been a lifeline for me, it is a place to go to talk about my child, to understand what I’m feeling isn’t unique and that there are other parents who have ‘survived’ the death of their child.”

SLOW favicon“This is one place I can say how I really feel (or nothing at all if I choose) without judgement.”

SLOW favicon“When I first made contact and received such love and care back, I knew I’d found the support I needed to help me find a way through my nightmare.”
